Below, you'll find a selection of our service offerings. Our wedding packages are fully customizable, while non-wedding services will be defined during your consultation, with an individualized quote provided.

12 hours on-site
With this package, we have your back through the entire day of the event. From arrival and set up of vendors, ceremony and reception, timelines, speeches, and first dances, to packing up the decor/gifts and making sure all guests exit the venue on time. Includes 3 planning meetings, venue walk-through, vendor confirmations, ‘day of’ timeline creation, and all the things in between. You will have a coordinator on-site throughout the day. *Exact hours will be dependent on the event day timeline

This package is for those who don’t need a coordinator on-site the entire day or have a shorter wedding day. We can customize the service offerings to help support the areas where you would like support. Whether it is vendor arrival and set up through reception speeches, or the end of set up, start of ceremony until the end of the night - we can work with you to make sure the most important aspects are managed, and your day is stress-free. Includes 3 planning meetings, vendor confirmations, ‘day of’ timeline creation, and more. *Exact hours will be dependent on the event day timeline

This package is perfect for couples who need help during the busiest hours of the wedding day and don’t want to ask their guest to assist. It could be the vendor set up, decor placement, and prep for the day or the ceremony/cocktail hour/reception transitions. You can choose what services are needed in that ~4-hour period. Includes 1 planning meeting, vendor confirmations, ‘day of’ timeline creation, and more. *Exact hours will be dependent on the event day timeline

Charged at an hourly rate.
a’ la carte services can be added to any Wedding ‘Day of’ Coordinator package. This may include help with certain aspects of the wedding planning/execution, rehearsal dinner coordinator, groom’s dinner planning, graphic design help, decor assistance, etc. In your consultation, we will review all the details of the packages, determine which package matches your needs and if any important aspect is missing, we will happily add for an additional fee.

Every event is unique, and your requirements will be as well. Event coordination may come in valuable for milestone events such as birthdays, anniversaries, retirement, reunions, fundraisers, galas, etc. During the consultation, I will learn more about what you’re planning, what your vision and goals are, and where you could use help. The personalized quote will be completely based on your event and only include the services that you need.
